If you live in an association, the fence you want and the fence you are allowed are sometimes two different things. Better to find out first.
Most associations want to approve a fence before it goes up. The rules usually live in the CC&Rs or a separate set of design guidelines.
Read them before you fall in love with a style. Then bring them to the estimate, and we will design within them.
Ask your association or management company for the current fence guidelines. Older copies are sometimes out of date.
We read them with you on site and tell you plainly what fits and what does not.
Most associations want a drawing, materials, and location. We can prepare a submittal packet if yours wants one, quoted separately.
We build once you have approval in hand, so nobody is asked to change a finished fence.
Will you deal with my HOA for me?
You are the member, so the request comes from you. We give you what the committee asks for and can prepare the packet.
What if the HOA says no?
It usually means a change to height, material, or location. We adjust the design and you resubmit.
Does HOA approval replace a permit?
No. They are separate. Your city or county may still require a permit, and we confirm that for your address.
My HOA wants a specific style. Can you match it?
Usually. Show us the guidelines or a fence in the neighborhood that was approved, and we will tell you what we can build.
Based in Tumwater. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call. It is a thirty-second answer.
Free and without obligation. We build through winter, so booking the off-season skips the spring waitlist. Our project minimum is $5,000.
