Life
We are almost never the cheapest bid, and we've stopped apologizing for it.
A low number usually means thinner boards, shallower holes, and a crew that has moved three counties away by the first wet winter. For those who choose Lionheart, every dollar of the difference is in something you can point at: the cedar itself, the steel below the soil line, the fact that the person building it is part of our team.
Why we cost more, and why that ends up cheaper
Steel below the soil
Wood posts rot from the buried end first. Ours are steel, set in concrete, with the wood mounted above the soil line. The lower end is the part you never see and the part that ends most fences early.
Our crews, no substitutes
Three install crews on our own team. Nobody is racing to the next job, and the person who built it is still here when you call.
A warranty that outlives the trend
Lifetime warranty on workmanship, for as long as you own the property. It is the only lifetime workmanship warranty among fence companies in Thurston County.
Six things, done properly
Gates, steel gate frames, railing, and repairs sit inside the relevant service rather than competing with it.

What's actually in it
Steel posts, set in concrete
The buried element never rots. It's a single change that decides how long the rest of the fence lives.
811 locates and city permits
We call the utility locate and wait for it to clear before we dig. Where your jurisdiction requires a permit, the paperwork is ours.
The full material spec, in writing
Every board, post, fastener, and fitting is listed on your estimate. It is what separates us from a cheaper quote on paper.
Steel gate frames
Gates take more abuse than any other part of a fence. Steel keeps them square and latching.
Old fence out, site left clean
Demolition, disposal, and cleanup are in the quote, not added to it afterwards. H4: The full material spec, in writing

“The ENTIRE experience was ONLY positive. Starting with Viri who was friendly and helpful with questions I had while scheduling to have an estimator come out… The job started and finished as planned. This was the best experience I have had with contractors.”
“We’ve used Lionheart for 3 projects and every one of them has turned out better than we planned… this crew does excellent work and cleans up so well afterward that it might have been done by magic.”
“It’s hard to find companies you feel like you can genuinely trust, and Lionheart is one of them. They care about the quality of their work and the people they’re doing it for.”
“Christian, the lead installer, and his crew were professional, meticulous and took exceptional care of the plants growing inside the majority of the entire fence line.”
