Most complaints about contractors are not about the work. They are about not knowing what is happening. So here is the whole process, start to finish, before you call.
The thing that goes wrong on home projects is almost never the craft. It is the silence, the two weeks where nobody answers, the crew that arrives without warning, or the salesperson who vanishes the moment the deposit clears.
Our process is built so that does not happen. Your estimate is scheduled on the first call. Your salesperson or project manager meets the crew on your property the morning the project starts. And the salesperson, project manager, and crew stay in contact with you through completion.
It is not complicated. It just has to be somebody's actual job, and here it is.
The actual sequence, not a marketing version of it.
One number, answered by the company that will do the work.
Not a callback, not a queue. We book the visit while you are on the phone.
A salesperson walks the property with you, the line, the grade, the gates, and the access.
Itemized and in writing. You don’t wait a week to find out the number.
Scope, materials and price, all written down before anything is committed.
We send a link. Securely deposit from there.
That is the scheduling conversation, you get your date. Construction follows the schedule set for your project.
Your salesperson or project manager meets the crew and you on site and walks the job before anything begins.
Salesperson, project manager, and crew all stay reachable while the job runs.
We walk it with you first. The final payment link comes after that, not before.
“Scheduled within a week” means exactly that: within a week of signing, you will have a date for your project and know what to expect next.
Your actual build timing depends on the season, the size of the project, and what is already on the calendar. You will get a clear timeframe at signing, and an update if anything changes.
We build through the wet months, so projects keep moving year-round. Booking in the off-season generally means a shorter wait than booking in spring.
The person who walks your property and writes your estimate. They stay involved as your project moves forward.
Responsible for the job running the way it was written. They stay in contact through completion.
Lionheart crews. We run three installation crews and they work for us, not for a subcontractor you have never met.
“The ENTIRE experience was ONLY positive. Starting with Viri who was friendly and helpful with questions I had while scheduling to have an estimator come out. Kory, Alex and Christian heard what I was looking for, communicated well on the project and executed it to perfection. The job started and finished as planned… This was the best experience I have had with contractors.”
— LL J, Google review“They showed up every day of the project by 8am. They removed old fence and built a sturdy replacement to last for years… It was completed when promised and left our property better than they found it. Not a single board or nail left behind.”
— Kate Kesling, Google review“Highly talented team from the office to the field.”

How long does the estimate visit take?
Usually under an hour. We walk the line, measure it, check the grade and access, work out where gates go, and flag anything that could complicate the build.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
It helps a great deal. Decisions about gates, slopes, privacy, and other project details are best made with you there. We can measure without you, but your input helps shape the project.
How soon after signing will you start?
You are scheduled within a week of signing, meaning you will have a date. When the crew arrives depends on the season, project size, and current schedule.
Do you handle the permit and the utility locate?
Yes. Utility locates are called and cleared before digging, and where your jurisdiction requires a permit, we pull it. We check what applies at your specific address during the estimate.
What deposit do you take?
A deposit is taken after you sign the proposal and sent as a payment link. The final payment link is sent after the work is complete, and you are satisfied with it.
What happens if something changes mid-project?
You hear about it from us at the time, including what it means for scope and cost. Your salesperson, project manager, and crew stay in contact through completion.
Tumwater is where we start. Give us your location, and we can tell you quickly whether your property falls within our service area.
We schedule your estimate on the first call. The visit is free and without obligation. Our project minimum is $5,000.
