Vinyl is the low-maintenance choice: no staining, no sealing, hose it off and move on. What separates a good vinyl fence from a sagging one is entirely in how the posts go in.
Vinyl keeps maintenance simple. There is no staining or sealing to keep up with, so you can spend less time working on your fence and more time enjoying the yard it surrounds.
The tradeoff is that vinyl is unforgiving about installation. A cedar fence that is slightly off can be coaxed straight. A vinyl fence that is slightly off looks off forever, because every panel is a perfect rectangle and your eye reads the error instantly.
So the work is in the layout and the posts, the parts you will never see once it is finished. That is the part we don’t play about.
We walk the property and talk through heights, styles, and colors on site, against your house, rather than off a screen.
The most common request. Full-height panels with no sightlines through, creating a clean, private boundary around the backyard.
Lower and more open. Marks the property without walling the house off from the street.
Where the fence has a safety job to do, height and gate hardware matter more than looks. We build whatever your area requires.
You won't see these details once the fence is finished. They're what help keep it straight, solid, and working properly for years.
Before anything gets dug up, the line is pulled, the corners are set, and the gate positions are marked. Vinyl does not forgive a layout you fixed halfway through.
Every post is set in a poured footing, depth matched to the height of the fence and how the soil is arranged on your lot.
Ground here is rarely flat. We decide with you whether the fence steps down the slope or rakes with it before we build, not after.
A gate is the part you use every day and often the first to fail. We frame ours for strength and use hardware that is sized for the weight and width of the gate.
Utility locates are called and cleared before a shovel moves. Permits, where your jurisdiction requires one, are ours to sort out.
Old fence out, spoils hauled, line raked. The job is only finished when all materials are cleared.
So there are no surprises between the estimate and the invoice.

“I absolutely love my new privacy fence, and the vibe it adds to my new home.”
— LL J, Google review“The job started and finished as planned… This was the best experience I have had with contractors.”
— LL J, Google review“It was completed when promised and left our property better than they found it. Not a single board or nail left behind.”
— Kate Kesling, Google reviewWe do not publish a per-foot price for vinyl, and we would be careful of anyone who does. Two hundred feet across flat, open ground and two hundred feet up a wooded slope with three gates are not the same job, and quoting them the same way means somebody is getting the wrong number.
We say it plainly: our minimum project quote is $5,000. During the first call, we let you know at once if your project estimate fits.
$5,000 project minimumWe don't publish per-foot pricing, because a number without a site visit is just a guess. Your written price comes after we've walked the property.
Apply online before your estimate and you'll know what you're working with before we ever quote a number. Terms, provider, and eligibility details are confirmed during application.
Do you handle the permit and the utility locate?
Yes. We call 811 and wait for utility locates before digging. Permit requirements vary by jurisdiction, so we confirm what applies to your specific address during the estimate and handle the permit when one is required.
How much maintenance does vinyl actually need?
Very little. Vinyl does not need the staining or sealing cedar requires. Most routine maintenance comes down to washing it off when needed, making it a practical choice if ongoing fence maintenance is something you want to avoid.
Can a vinyl fence follow a slope?
Yes. Depending on the grade and fence style, vinyl can step down a slope or follow it more closely. We assess the grade on site and determine the right approach with you before installation.
What styles and colors can I get?
We go through the available styles, colors, heights, and finishes with you on site. That lets you compare the options against your home and landscaping before we finalize the specifications and order materials.
What exactly does the lifetime workmanship warranty cover?
It covers installation quality for as long as the original customer owns the property. If improper installation or our workmanship causes a problem, we repair the workmanship issue at no labor cost to you.
Can you build in the rain?
Yes. We build through the wet season when conditions allow. Some installation steps are weather-dependent, so if conditions require a schedule change, we keep you informed rather than pushing ahead when we should not.
Is there financing?
Yes. We offer 0 percent financing on approved credit. You can apply online before your estimate, giving you a clearer picture of your options before we discuss the scope and specifications of your project.
